Requirements and House Rules

*IF YOU ARE MOVING IN WITHIN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING NO RESERVATION IS REQUIRED*

*If you are staying less than 1 month your security deposit maybe less, please negotiate with us

*If you are staying and paying the ALL IN with electricity included NO SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED however rental should be paid all in advance to secure your unit but a reservation fee is required which will be deducted from your rental upon arrival.

Payments, Deposits & Requirements

1.) Reservation Deposit P5,000 (this will go towards your security deposit which is P10,000 fully refundable upon handing back the keys.

2). One month rental in advance + P5,000 balance for security deposit should be paid in full before we handed you the keys and contract should be signed by both parties.

3.) Once reservation deposit is paid, apartment is then reserved for you. If you wish to cancel/change date please give us 30 days notice in advance to get a full refund, otherwise it is NON Refundable.

4.) If you failed to turn up and we did not hear from you within 7days, your reservation will be cancelled and your reservation deposit is porfeited.

5.) Copy of a valid ID

Payments can be paid via any electronic remittances ie, bank, western union, huiller, smart padala and so on or alternatively make an appointment to see us at the apartment to pay in person.  Please call us first to arrange payments.

Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. Bank Cheque is acceptable but this should be cleared first before moving in.

We strictly operate in a first come first serve basis unless reservation fee is paid.

*Bedrooms have  fitted cabinet, Queen or double bed complete with pillows and linens 

*Sala has 2 or 3 seater sofa with dining table,  21" colored TV

*Dining has table and chairs and a refrigerator

*Kitchen has fitted cabinets with stove, kitchen equipment and crokery.

* Aparments units may have leather or rattan furniture (depending on what unit is available upon booking)

Nearest landmarks and places

Aguinaldo highway. Robinson Mall, SM hypermarket, 7/11,  South Supermarket , public market, schools and gymnasiums are all in walking distance.  Airport, Baclaran and Mall of Asia are about 39 min drive (depending on traffic situation). Public transports to Manila, Tagaytay, Batangas etc., are available along Aguinaldo Highway 24/7.

HOW TO GET HERE!  (all viewings are by appointment only)

VIA TAXIS & PRIVATE VEHICLES -  - from Manila/Baclaran/Makati - via coastal road, head for SM Bacoor then Robinsons Mall - Imus via Aguinaldo Highway.  About 200 yds from Robinsons, turn LEFT to Villa Leticia Subdivision gate (this is before South Supermarket). After passing the  guard at the gate, turn  RIGHT to SAPPHIRE ST., carry on straight ahead and do not turn left or right until you reach a bend. Our building is on the corner of the bend with GREEN GATE #246. (This should take approx 2 min from Aguinaldo Highway).

VIA BUS/JEEPNEYS from Manila/Baclaran -  see above then about 200 yds after Robinsons, in between PHILHEALTH & South supermarket  you will see a subdivision gate of Villa Nicasia 1.  Go inside this gate and a blue  gate. Once you are inside the 2 gates TURN RIGHT  sign posted SAPPHIRE ST. Keep walking until you reach a bend. Our building is on the corner painted cream with GREEN GATE #246 (From Aguinaldo highway main road, this should only take you approx 1 min  walk to reach our apartment gate. (This gate is for people only - no vehicles entry and it opens at 6am and closes at 9pm)  after this hour please use Villa Leticia gate to get in.
