Branch Accountant needed for Luzon and Visayas areas! Philippines

Job Purpose:

Ensures proper booking of accounts,  accurate, complete, and timely submission of reports to end users.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 1. Prepare monthly financial statements.

 2. Check, reconcile and post daily sales against documents and systems.

 3. Match POs with receiving receipts and update delivery reports (exclusive for the Branch Accountant).

 4. Prepare check vouchers ( for what?) and checks petty cash expenses( of what?).

 5. Submit on time government mandated  requirements ( SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and BIR reporting requirements).

 6. Release credit hold of all on-account transactions.

 7. Prepare other reports ( budget and bank requirements).

 8. Participate in actual inventory count and reconciliation.

 9. Assist in audit related activities in the branch/department.

 10. Generate weekly Statement of Accounts of customers with credit line and submits to Sales Department for distribution to concerned  customers.

 11. Submit to Credit and Collection Section aging reports on a weekly basis.

 Job Specification:

Education- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (4 to 5 year course)

Experience – At least one year in related field

Age – At least 23 years old and not more than 35 years old

Competencies – Computer literate, Industrious, Good Personal Effectiveness Skills
