- Toilet and bath is common in the wet area of the facility (semi private toilet only two type E2 rooms share a toilet, you will be given a key to the toilet)
- NO AIRCON unit. (you can bring your own aircon unit no additional charge)

 2) Room type E2: 4,500 double occupancy -as April 15, 2013, one room available

  - double occupancy

3) Mini room - 3,000 monthly -as April 15, 2013, one room available

Room sharing 2 :

1) 2,000 for each person (only three people to a room) - as of feb 15, 2013, two vacancies for male bedspace

- only 3 people to a room,

 - water and room light included plus personal electric allowance

 - bed (for sanitary purposes, bring your own cushion)

 - use of toilet and bath in the common wet area of facility.

Viewing schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM, please make an appointment before going, if you are unavailable during the regular visiting hours you may request a date and time that you are free.

No curfew, 24x7 security, multiple toilet and bath rooms for use of tenants with no toilets and bath facilities in their room, the place is very private. The place has access to 24x7 tricycle, jeep and taxi. Walking distance to Gateway mall, Shopwise Cubao, Ali-mall, and araneta center call centers / bpo centers - accenture , sykes, acs, telus . One ride to Eastwood, Ortigas, Makati , University belt schools ( FEU, San Beda, CEU, UE, San Sebastian, etc ) St Paul QC, Sykes beside St Paul QC, UP technohub, Philcoa, University of the Philippines, TIP aurora, Marikina. Walking distance to MRT stations along EDSA and Aurora, and near bus station in araneta center, and bus stations along edsa: Baliuag, Victory, Dagupan, etc.  FLOOD FREE, the area's elevation is high and was not flooded during ondoy and other storms.

Good for single young professionals such as (med reps, call center agents , teachers, bpo employees, etc ), students,   couples who are married with no children , people reviewing for board exams are accepted. The facility is NON-SMOKING.
