Warranty Policy:

1. My Warranty policy is pretty straight forward, I will replace the defective* units if the following conditions are met:
     - No crack
     - No dents
     - No deep scratches
     - No physical damage

* Defective means:
     - no power (damaged on wires due to usage is not covered by the warranty)
     - with power but not charging (of course this should be confirmed that your batt is still working and able to hold charge)

2. you must be the original purchaser to be able to claim for warranty.

Shipping Guidelines (for Provincial):
- All shipping will be via LBC
- Shipping Fee: 150 pesos
- Item will be ship within 24 hours upon the receipt of payment
- An LBC Tracking number will be provided after placing the shipment
- If you made payments before 3:00 PM, we will do our best to ship your item before 8:00PM (LBC Cut-Off Time for next day delivery)
- Advise us if you want your items delivered  door-to-door or just for pickup at the LBC Branch near you.

       For deliveries outside areas listed above, items will be shipped via LBC @ 150 pesos

1. Confirmed purchase before 9:00am will mostly be delivered same day, otherwise, delivery will be scheduled the next day (on
    exception, we can still accomodate delivery confirmed after 8:30am but depending on the availability of delivery crew).

2. Delivery crew will only wait for up to 15mins after the agreed time as they have to attend other deliveries.

3. Delivery will be handled by the 3rd party courier, and there is no committed time as all deliveries are routed
    Schedule of delivery is anytime between 10am to 8pm. The crew will contact the receiver upon reaching the vicinity.

4. Lastly, we highly encourage door-to-door delivery for the purpose of testing the item(s) delivered and verified to work with your
    device before you pay the delivery crew.
