The place has access to 24x7 tricycle, jeep and taxi. Walking distance to Gateway mall, Shopwise Cubao, Ali-mall, and araneta center call centers / bpo centers - accenture , sykes, acs, telus . One ride to Eastwood, Ortigas, Makati , University belt schools ( FEU, San Beda, CEU, UE, San Sebastian, etc ) St Paul QC, Sykes beside St Paul QC, UP technohub, Philcoa, University of the Philippines, TIP aurora, Marikina. Walking distance to MRT stations along EDSA and Aurora, and near bus station in araneta center, and bus stations along edsa: Baliuag, Victory, Dagupan, etc.

Good for single young professionals such as (med reps, call center agents , teachers, etc ), students,  couples with no children are accepted. The facility is NON-SMOKING.
