Easy steps in applying for a Siomai Lab franchise: 

Step 1. The franchise applicant will submit a Letter of Intent to the Franchisor including the following information:

• Name of interested party
• Expressed interest in the franchise
• Proposed site and location (with complete address and location map or picture)
• Franchise application form (You can download the application form below)

*Food tasting can be done in the office upon submission of the requirements listed above

Step 2. The Franchisor will:

• Do an initial assessment of the proposed site upon receipt of the letter of intent and application form;
• Determine the most feasible business model
• Get in touch with the franchise applicant and send over the business overview and other details if application is approved

Step 3. Payment and training 

• The approved franchisee shall make the initial downpayment 
• Training for the franchisee and staff shall commence after giving the downpayment
• Mall cart delivery and payment of the remaining balance
