What is CIA?

CIA Bayanihan was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 28, 2006 as a non-profit, non-sectarian, charitable and humanitarian organization. It is a transformation of Community Information and Assistance (C.I.A.) and is now called Citizen’s Information and Assistance, a non-profit association that was founded on December 5, 1994 with the mission to provide relevant and concurrent information that can assist and empower the Filipinos by uniting them together through the power of communication or Textpower. Over the past twelve (12) years (1994-2006), the CIA has been able to organize various provincial chapters and enlist over 20,000 members nationwide. Because of its numerous contributions to society, particularly its Operation Tulong program, anti-crime, anti-graft and anti-drugs activities and civic and community assistance, particularly during emergencies and disasters, CIA BAYANIHAN reaped numerous awards and honors from the government and private sector.With the introduction of modern technology, particularly the new trends in communication such as cellular phones usage, Bayanihan Textpower Brigade was organized to explore the UNTAPPED, UNUTILIZED Power of the cell phone (POWER IN COMMUNICATION) that was the result of a lack of a CENTRAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEM that seeks to unite, serve, inform and anchor users. Hence, the birth of the BAYANIHAN TEXTPOWER BRIGADE!

 What Is LEAP?

LEAP means Livelihood Earnings and Assistance Program. You have to be a member of CIA to be able to join this LEAP program where you can easily Earn as much as P3,000 per day on it's REWARD SYSTEM!

 How to be a CIA Member?

Right now while we are still in PRELAUNCH or positioning stage You must fill up the 2 application forms that your sponsor will provide. 1 for CIA Organization and 1 for the leap program andpay a ONE TIME membership fee of P1,000 plus P100for the ATM type CIA ID.

But once we LAUNCH, Scheduled on the end of February 2012, then we are going online where you can register a new member online and can manage your income from your own virtual office, pay out system will be done  thru by BPI so you are requested to open a BPI account if you don't have one. Its just P250 to open BPI account.

Note: it is legal for an organization to charge us a membership fee for we are not a company and by laws, the fund of an NGO may come from grants, donations and MEMBERSHIP FEES.

 What are your benefits if you become a member

of LEAP program by CIA?

3. Damayan Fund - once a member dies then his or her family will receive a maximum of P250,000 from the damayan fund( P50 x All earning members)

10. Pahiram system - An active member can borrow money from P5,000 to P75,000 with out interest, No collateral and no co maker, everybody start at P5,000 payable in 2 months then P10,000 payable in 4 months, then P50,000 payable in 10 months and then P75,000 payable in one year.
11. Reward System - Here you can earn as much as P3,000 per day per account we are allowed to have as much as 7 accounts per name but you can only borrow in our pahiram system once! We suggest go for three accounts build the four legs first then once this four legs are stable then you can add another account until you reach the 7 account limit this will motivate your team for you will become their downline too

How do you Earn from this Reward System of the CIA?


 There are Three (3) ways to Earn on this Reward System:

1. ENLISTMENT REWARDS
2. TEAM BUILDING BONUS
3. PROFIT SHARING

1) Enlistment rewards

You Earn P50 outright when you refer a new member on CIA LEAP Program. You only have to remit P1,050 from the P1,100 payment made by your new referral.

2) TEAM BUILDING Bonus

CIA utilize the Power of leveraging business and uses the Binary Pay plan and enhanced it to prevent KAMADA and Overpay to make sure that this program last for a long long time and this is a redundant Binary and not just an ordinary binary!

You must be active to be able to earn from Team building bonus. To be on active status you must at least refer 2 new member on CIA. 1 on your team A and 1 on your team B. 

1. Earn P300 per star match - 1 new member is one star... Products from our CIA store will have Points that will be accumulated and be converted to a star
2. Maximum of 10 star matched per day- that's P3,000/day income
3. 5th pair voucher - every 5th match will be converted to coupon or voucher that you can use to purchase products from CIA store

On the example above on Friday there are 16 pairs you are paid P3000 and still on Saturday  you have 32 pairs still you earn P3,000. this feature is just one of the  safety net of the pay plan where there is a limit on the daily income per account so not to over pay and to makes sure this program last along long time for the benefits of our next generation!

 

 3) PROFIT SHARING

Any member can easily qualify on profit sharing. once you reach the P50,000 loan and you paid it on schedule then you will be included on the senior level that will earn 5% from the 16 regions or slot that is allocated for profit sharing .

                Senior       -  all members that reach the 500 star matched  -  5%

                Specialist   - all members that reach the 1000 star matched  - 5%

                Inspector   - all members that reach the 2500 star matched  - 5%

                Director     - all members that reach the 5000 star matched  - 5%
