Sales Staff Philippines

Job Purpose:  Spearhead the sales effort of the branch through long-term client

                          engagement resulting to closed sales transactions and customer loyalty.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.  Attend to customers’ inquiries in person, online and/or email, or through the telephone.

2.  Facilitate and close sales transactions (upselling, cross-selling, and/or add-on selling):

     -      Coordinate with warehouse/main branch and/or other branches regarding availability

            of stocks required by the client/s;

-        Coordinate with the Purchasing Department-Head office regarding special order items

required by the client/s;

-        Coordinate with Technical Staff regarding the assembly of parts and/or program

Installation;

-        Prepare sales/charge invoice and delivery receipts for every transaction.

3. Maintain existing accounts and develop new accounts through delivery of quality customer service

    proper complaint handling and appropriate service recovery efforts if and when necessary.

4. Conduct telemarketing to resellers and corporate customers and distribute product/promo flyers

    leaflets if and when necessary.

5. Regularly update store displays, price tags, and marketing collaterals according to marketing protocol.

6. Uphold the company image as define in the Company Code of Conduct.

Job Specifications:

 Education –

Experience- At least one year experience in retail selling

Age- At least 21 years old

Competencies- Selling Skills, Effective Interpersonal Relationship Skills, Effective Oral Communication Skills, Industriousness.
