The location is very convenient as it is very near EDSA/Crossing MRT or EDSA where you can take the buses going to different places in Metro Manila.  Its central location also makes it easy to go to shopping centers such as Shangrila Mall, SM Megamall, Robinson's Galleria or bargain paradise Greenhills Shopping Center.   The Makati Commercial district & Ortigas Center is easy to go to from our building with a lot of taxis and public utility vehicles passing right in front of the building.  There are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity who deliver and there is even a grocery (Puregold) right across us.  The building is veery secure with 24 hour security, key card entry and CCTV cameras on elevators, elevator lobbies, other public areas and parking levels.
