Job Description and Requirements:

To assist the Finance Controller in providing the Company financial accounting services

Maintain the Fixed Assets Ledger

Maintain and reconcile stocks inventory records

General Office support and functions

Maintain and Update the General Ledger

Assist Payroll matters

Assist in Financial Analyses as required

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly & Annual Financial Reports

Assists with Audits, legal, government & statutory requirements

Conduct Internal Audit and actual stocktaking

Enhancement of company’s Internal Control procedures

Other duties that maybe assigned by the Finance Controller/Managing director from time to time

A full-fledged CPA

With a great attitude and professional presentation

With A strong 5 - year Financial Accounting experience (CPA / CA)

Analytical, capable of multi tasking and can work under pressure

Internal Audit experience an advantage, preferably from Poultry industry

With knowledge and hands on experience in Inventory handling & Reconciliation

With Administrative & technical skills handling people and operation

Excellent communication skills

Able to maintain professional confidentiality at all times

Highly efficient, organized and with attention and eye to detail

Computer literate – ACCPAC experience an advantage

Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
