MUAY THAI KICKBOXING GROUP CLASS

Learn academic Muay Thai instruction from our certified "Kru" (instructor) and train with teammates in our Muay Thai Kickboxing Group Class.

Class curriculum includes drills, techniques, partner plays and sparring (for aspiring competitors).

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, including boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling, muay Thai kickboxing, taekwondo, karate, judo, kung fu and other styles.
