Eastwest Bank salary loan for Employee of Directory Listed Company Philippines

REQUIREMENTS TO SUBMIT:

1. Application Form w/ applicant signature - request for application form
2. 1 Gov’t Issued ID photocopy front and back with 3 specimen signatures (card type)
3. ITR 2316 yr. 2011 w/ complete signature
4. 1 month latest pay slip (3mos. might be required)
5. Clearance for cancelled credit card (if applicable only at least 3 years old settled)

REQUIREMENTS TO SUBMIT for employee w/ EXISTING credit card at least 1 yr and 1 month old w/ 30k credit limit:

1. Application Form w/ applicant signature - request for application form
2. 1 Gov’t Issued ID photocopy front and back with 3 specimen signatures (card type)
