Crossline Security Agency (CSA) is a private security services provider duly registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines under R.A 5487, with DTI Registration No. 01242226, PNP-SOSIA License to Operate No. PSA-T-00055-2011.  CSA is operating from its head office in Bacoor, Cavite. Currently, its security operations cover Region IV-A CALABARZON, the National Capital Region (NCR) and other neighboring provinces in Luzon.

Mr. Dela Cruz is a Security Management Specialist by profession.  To further sustain his knowledge and expertise, Mr. Dela Cruz took his Bachelor of Laws at the University of the East. He has also satisfactorily completed the prescribed program of instruction for Police Self Defense Tactics by ZIKDOKAN International Karate Club.

 His passion in the Security Industry brought him to an in-depth immersion in this profession — from being a Security Guard, despite his credentials, until he mastered his craft and reached the managerial positions — now,  he holds the top of the ladder as the General Manager of the family- owned security agency,  the Crossline Security Agency.  He is equipped with a wide range of experiences in Administration and Operational matters both in the Police and Industrial Security Professions.  He gained these experiences while serving the Integrated National Police (INP) for six (6) years where he handled vital positions in the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), including surveillance and close protection assignments in highly-sensitive operations.   His Police Intelligence background has enhanced further his capacity in doing in-depth investigation, property protection, area assessment, and security risk management.

            Mr. Dela Cruz also holds the credentials of a Certified Security Management Specialist (CSMS) by the Philippine Association of Detective and Protective Agency Operators, Inc. (PADPAO), an Accredited Investigator (A1) and a member of the Association of Accredited Investigators of the Philippines.
