In line with the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) "Batang Pinoy", DepEd "Palarong Pambansa" and City's thrust of promoting physical fitness and sports to the grassroots level and discovering new breed of quality athletes, the Kaizen Martial Arts and Fitness Academy (KMAFA) would like to request your approval to hold Martial Arts Clinic in your premises

This activity is part of the Kick and Punch Yourself Fit Program of KMAFA which advocates for an innovative health and wellness program in schools through its holistic approach to the disciplines of the martial arts, provision of fitness activities, and its attraction to a diverse mix of people, particularly the school children and youth. These school children and youth are key target groups at national, regional and local level for increasing participation in sport and fitness based activities for enjoyment, keeping fit, to take family, for camaraderie and losing weight.

The KMAFA offers a wide range of martial arts, self defense and fitness activities, which include:

•TangSooDo Karate
•Taekwondo
•Arnis Kali Eskrima
•Kickboxing
•Women’s Self Defense
•MooDo Kids

The participants to this activity are students, principals, administrators, human resource (HR) officers, personnel officers, and auxiliary personnel, together with their families.

The KMAFA offers special rates to encourage participation by disadvantaged families, offering the opportunity to those that may otherwise be socially or financially excluded to take part on an equal footing with their more affluent peers. Again this approach meets key social inclusion goals at national, regional and local level.

The registration fee per month (of 2hrs per session, twice (2x)/week) which will be charged to each participant and which will cover meals and transportation for the instructor/s, materials and manual kit for the clinic, is as follows:
