Requirements:
- at least 1 year call center experience
- preferrably lives less than an hour away from Makati
- excellent English communication skills
- people person
- tech savvy
- problem solving or issue resolution skills
- must know how to deal with foreign clients (AU, US, UK)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor staffs attendance and logins
- Assist in client and/or staff inquiries via email phone call or chat
