 Mr. Arnulfo O. Reyes, the proprietor, is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant since 1978.  He has 39 solid years experience in financial accounting, financial management, audit and taxation, seven years of which was in public accounting practice catering to corporate clients engaged in Trading, IT Services, Non-profit Organizations, Security Services, Resorts and Mineral Exploration.

•  Accounting Services:   Our services includes the preparation of your periodic (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually) Financial Reports (trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows) for statutory as well as management requirement.  Reconstruction of accounting records.

• Bookkeeping Services: Our services includes systematic recording and summarizing to clients accounting system (manual or computerized) all business transactions.  Preparation of various BIR Forms for statutory compliance:

1. Monthly expanded withholding tax return (BIR Form 1601E)
2. Monthly withholding tax on compensation (BIR Form 1601C)
3. Monthly value added tax return (BIR Form 2550M)
4. Quarterly value added tax return (BIR Form 2550Q)
5. Monthly percentage tax return (BIR Form 2551M)
6. Quarterly income tax return (BIR Form 1702Q/1701Q)
7. Quarterly preparation Certificate of Creditable Withholding Tax at Source (BIR Form 2307) for distribution by clients to its supplier

•  Management Consulting Services : Preparation of company's  financial plans ( i.e. annual budget); Financial performance review and evaluation;  Financial studies and projections for newly set-up companies or those who needs bank loans; setting-up  accounting system and procedures.

• Auditing Services: Renders opinion to clients financial statements based on a full scope audit or agreed upon procedure.
  

•  Taxation Services: Preparation and computation of corporate (BIR Form1702)/individual (BIR Form 1701)annual income tax return; Tax planning services to minimize tax exposure; Assistance in securing tax treaty relief (BIR-ITAD); Cross-border taxation. Represent clients  to the BIR during tax audit and provide assistance by preparing the required audit schedules for submission to the BIR.   
  

• Other Services:  Business registration with the Securities & Exchange Commission(SEC); Department of Trade and Industry(DTI); Local Government Unit(LGU) and Bureau of Internal Revenue(BIR)
