REQUIREMENTS

FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES:

Agents must have good listening skills and ability to probe for additional information

Attention to detail and good reasoning skills are essential

Agents that provide a high level of customer satisfaction will be successful on this program

A love for cutting edge technology and the Internet is key

Prior customer service experience a plus

Finished at least 2 years in college

Above average verbal and written communication skills

Ability to exude confidence and enthusiasm

Good learning agility; Ability to learn and apply procedures

Ability to multi-task, flexible

FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES:

At least 2 yrs of college of an IT related course

MUST have minimum 6 months call center experience (preferably TECH SUPPORT)

FRESH GRADS are accepted if they are a graduate of an IT related course & has good communication skills.

Apple gadget user (advantage)

Has excellent communication skills

Has good problem solving skills

Willing to work in Ortigas, Makati area

FOR AGENTS TO HANDLE FINANCIAL ACCOUNT:

Bachelor's degree in any field. Undergrads can also be considered as long as they were able to finish all units in 3rd year College level plus any work experience.  

Above Average Communication skills.

Experience in a BPO/Call center and/or Financial background is preferred but not required.

Should be amenable to shifting schedules, working on holidays or weekends, rendering overtime when needed.
