Rate is 1050/head minimum of 16pax.

-FREE use of the kitchen, microwave, rice cooker, barbecue grill, complete set of kitchenware and cookware
-FREE use of extra mattresses
-FREE tissue and dish washing liquid.
-Two helpers to assist you with washing of dishes, etc.

*We require 50% deposit upon reservation. (non-refundable)
*Date reservation is only good for two working days.
*Total amount should be settled upon one week before the booked date.
*100% No-Show Penalty.
*We shall not admit guests more than the stated capacity of the house.
*Check-In Time 2:00pm / Check-Out Time 12:00pm
*Late Checkout Charge is Php500 per hour and per room
