wat is plastisol?

Plastisol inks are widely used in garment printing. They are easy to print, do not dry in the screen, can be very opaque on dark garments, and will adhere to most textiles. They are composed primarily of two ingredients, PVC resin (a white powder) and plasticizer (a thick, clear liquid). Plastisol inks have one outstanding characteristic, they must be heated to dry. They will not dry, or cure, at normal temperatures. For a complete cure, they must reach 290-330º F (143-166º C).

Plastisol inks can be printed on virtually any surface that can withstand the heat required to cure the ink and is porous enough to permit good ink penetration. Plastisol inks do not color the fibers like a dye. Instead the ink wraps around the fibers and makes a mechanical bond with the fabric. For this reason, they will not adhere to non-porous substrates such as plastic, metal, and glass. They also will not adhere well to woven, waterproofed nylon material without adding a bonding agent.

ang feel nya is parang rubberized, there are also special inks with plastisol;
    1. Glow  in the dark
    2. Quicksilver - looks like aluminum foil, not foil transfer so mas matibay
      metallics, glitters, flourescents etc

Ask ko lang po. May volume or minimum kayo?  kasi balak ko muna pagawa ako ng sample, im willing to pay naman silk screen fees then i give you my (polo shirt type) plus yung design na naka save as (tif format) para ma layer mo.  (binondo area po location ko)

Approximate of 2 to 3 colors , ang logo sa akin manggagaling. Most probably harap likod sya.   Pero exclusive use for fire volunteer use only.    Fire volunteer me dito sa manila. Pag ok sya, especially i read glow in the dark which is very useful for us, then papagawa ng marami usually grupo pag na gustuhan. 

Design:  Yung harap logo ng fire fighter... upper right corner logo sya approx mga 5 inch cgro, then sa likod... sort of big fonts 2 lines (FIRE VOLUNTEER)  and group affialiate names below... pero smaller sya.

hi!!! for example sa hankie.., how much ang print if it will be printed on the corner of it. not too small yet not that big, yung tamang size lang for a hankie. 2" x 2" inches perhaps. thanks...
