TERMS and CONDITIONS on RESERVATIONS:

1. Reservation fee of PhP5,000 is on a per puppy basis. Should the owner decide to change pup for whatever reasons, the payment made on previous reservation shall be forfeited. The reservation fee will be deducted from the total amount on the release date.

2. Reservation fee holds a pup and shall be strictly on a "first come, first served basis". Verbal reservation shall not be accepted. Should an untoward incendent happen on a reserved pup prior to release, a full refund shall be made.

3. Strictly no swapping. Only cash buyers only.

4. Reservation fee's validity is until the age of second month of the pup when they are ready for release), or the fee shall be forfeited in favor of other interested parties.

ON PUPPY RELEASE:

1. Only reserved puppies shall be released on or beyond may 2, 2012

2. Puppies released beyond may 2, 2012 shall be on cash-basis only.

3. No delivery of pups shall be entertained.

4. Every puppy comes with a health certificate on deworming and vaccine shots prior to release. Deworming and vaccination of puppies will be administered by a licensed and experienced veterinarian. Transparency on veterinarian particulars and care will be entertained on reserved pups. The breeder will be handing over to the new owner the subsequent vaccination and deworming schedules for their guidance.

5. The PCCI registration certificate goes with the puppy duly signed by the breeder.
