- electric and water submetered (not shared with others, pay only what you use), bring any small gadgets you want to use (max appliance load of 500 watts)

- common toilet , you will be given a key to the toilet assigned to you.

Mini Room 2 -  P3,500/month  - full, next sceduled vacancy april 2013

- one person occupancy, bigger room than mini room 1

-  double deck bed,

- NO Aircon unit

- electric and water submetered (not shared with others, pay only what you use), bring any small gadgets you want to use (max appliance load of 500 watts)

- common toilet , you will be given a key to the toilet assigned to you.

Please note that the mini room 1 offer is a room with space just right for sleeping, your clothes and a few and small things, it is an alternative to bedspace. With mini room you have the privacy of your own room with approximately the same cost as bedspace. The room dimensions of the mini room is approximately 1.9 meters by 2 meters, it is the same space as bedspace,  but with the privacy of your own room. If you find the room too small for you or you have plenty of things and plan to bring a refrigerator, big cabinets, your own aircon and other bulky things, consider looking at our type E2 rooms which are bigger rooms (starts at 4500/mo), check our other advertisment for more information on type E2 rooms.

No curfew, 24x7 security, multiple toilet and bath rooms for use of tenants with no toilets and bath facilities in their room, the place is very private. The place has access to 24x7 tricycle, jeep and taxi. Walking distance to Gateway mall, Shopwise Cubao, Ali-mall, and araneta center call centers / bpo centers - accenture , sykes, acs, telus . One ride to Eastwood, Ortigas, Makati , University belt schools ( FEU, San Beda, CEU, UE, San Sebastian, etc ) St Paul QC, Sykes beside St Paul QC, UP technohub, Philcoa, University of the Philippines, TIP aurora, Marikina, St lukes, Trinity, and schools and offices that are beside the MRT traversing aurora blvd. Walking distance to MRT stations along EDSA and Aurora, and near bus station in araneta center, and bus stations along edsa: Baliuag, Victory, Dagupan, etc.

NOTE: Due to our experience with some fraudulent individuals, We do strict background checks on our tenants, aside from the standard NBI clearance, you should be currently employed, no bad credit records , court cases. When you text us we will immediately prequalify applicant tenants, by asking you several questions as your work, your full name, email address (this is used to send you a sketch to the place), if you do not like to share these information, for our purpose of doing back ground checks, pls do not apply.
