TERMS AND CONDITIONS (A MUST READ... Please don't contact me without reading this first)

Details needed are the following;

COMPLETE NAME:

3. You will be informed of the time and meet-up place when the item/s is/are ready. In cases of delivery, you will requested to make the deposit when the item is ready for shipment, only then the account name and account number will be given to the buyer. No deposit, no delivery.

For sales without meet-up (when buyer opt for item door-to-door delivery) handling fee will also be collected on top of the item purchase price.

* We ship the items via LBC

Freight and Handling Cost: FIXED @ PhP 300.00  and should be included in your deposit.

* Delivery time is within 24-72hours. (1-3days). depending on the location.

* We will inform you of your  tracking number.

* Inform us if you have not received the item/s after 3days

 FOR MEET UP. No Handling fee, We do meet-up for FREE 

NOTE: GIVE US AT LEAST 12-24HOUR NOTICE.  

4. No return. No exchange

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT POLICY (DUE TO FACTORY DEFFECT)

1. 3 Days after receipt of item ( for door-to-door delivery)
2. *Shipping back to be shouldered by the buyer.
3. *Replacement Shipping will be shouldered by us.
4. For Meet up transactions you will be are allowed to check the items first. Once the buyer leaves with the items without complaints, there will be no more return/exchange/replacement of the item/s purchased.
5. Return/Exchange/Replacement due to change of mind and mistaken orders on buyer’s part is not allowed (we expect the buyer to order the exact item description based on posted Ad).
6. Sabotage and intentional damaging of the merchandise/item, if found, will not be honoured

5. Policies and Prices may change without any prior notice.

For MEET-UPs. Handling fee is not applicable, it’s absolutely FREE, and payment will be given at that time. 

NOTE: GIVE US REASONABLE TIME TO ARRANGE THE MEET-UP

Meet up place: ESPANA corner P. NOVAL STREET, in front of UST (ONLY)

Monday 6:00-7:00 AM or 6:00-10:00PM

Tuesday to Thursday 6:00-8:00 AM or 6:00-10:00 PM,

FRIDAY, 6:00 -7:00 AM

6. Lead time for item availability (1-2 weeks). Buyer will be informed when item is ready for pick-up/delivery (NO RUSH ORDERS PLEASE)

7. WARRANTY 1 year. Shipping/freight cost will however be shouldered by the buyer. We maintain the list of our original buyers for verification purposes.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

Orders exceeding two (2) items would require 50% downpayment. 

No revisions or cancellation of orders when officially finalized.

Items cancelled for delivery and/or meet up sale and will form part of our "Readily Available" inventory and will be sold to other interested buyers. The erring buyer may opt to purchase cancelled item, but only through meet up sale as will be determined and decided by the seller.

The seller reserves the right to cancel orders and meet-ups due to lack of coordination and insufficiency  with regards to the compliance to this terms and conditions. 

WE RESPECT OUR CLIENTS' RIGHTS AS A COSTUMER, BUT WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN HERE THE REDUNDANT INQUIRY ABOUT THE PRODUCTS' BEING "AUTHENTIC" AND "ORIGINAL" ... YOU'RE PROTECTION AS A BUYER IS HONORED THROUGH AN ARRANGEMENT FOR MEET-UP (AS MAY BE AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES) WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY EXAMINE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE MATERIALS USED AND THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP OF THE PRODUCT,  WHICH WE ARE PROUD OF.

In terms of the quality and durability of the products, we are proud to say that the products that we sell are durable, since these were well-tailored, bar-tucked and inspected before they are distributed.
