Foreign student in need of an apartment/condo

Hi, i am i need of an apartment, near the uni of Phil. Diliman, or Eastwood.
I need the place to be fully furnished, with a/c- a must!
Preferably i would like a 1 bedroom apt/condo, but may be interested in sharing one with someone. Needs to be near good public transport routes, and shopping faciltys, etc.
Price: Depends on the apartment itself, and location, etc.
But max. range
1 bedroom- 20-25000php
share apartment- 15000php.

Must be able to view place.
