1.) RESERVATION FEE - Php50,000.00 is required to hold/reserve the chosen unit. This will be deducted from your downpayment.
2.) CASH PAYMENT - 7% discount if fully paid within 7 days from reservation date. 5% discount if fully paid within 15 days from reservation date. 3% discount if paid within 30 days.
3.) 20% DOWNPAYMENT - payable in 12 months without interest. First downpayment will start 30 days from date of reservation. Hindi po magsasabay ang reservation at downpayment.
4.) 80% BALANCE - can be paid up to 20 yrs. thru Pag-ibig Fund at 11.5- -12% interest per year, In-House Financing up to 10 yrs only at 18-20% interest per year or Bank Financing up to 15 yrs. at 9-11% interest per yr.
