Blaupunkt's DVD-MER DVD player will play all your video
DVDs and CDs, even discs you've loaded with your favorite MP3 files. Its rear-panel output sends the audio/video signal to the video screen in your system.

The DVD-MER also features a front-panel audio/video input, so you can connect another entertainment source, like a camcorder or video game.

The player comes with a remote control and a remote eye. Mount the player in an out-of-the-way spot, like under a seat (make sure you leave enough room for the disc tray-loading mechanism to slide out), and you'll still have convenient control over the system — the eye bounces the remote's commands to the player. And you can use the digital audio output to send a DVD's multichannel soundtrack to an optional surround-sound processor.
