* for shipping, I only visit the mall/LBC about twice a WEEK. Ibig sabihin, hwag nyo po akong madaliin i-ship kaagad ORO MISMO yong item nyo.

* all parts are in tip-top shape unless issues/problems indicated in the description of the item
* price of some items are negotiable upon INSPECTION ONLY
* kapag nakalagay po sa Ad na assembly, that means I'm selling it as set.
* once the item is fully paid it is considered sold, bawal na po ibalik yung item
* all parts are guaranteed working. I can only give warranty if we can have it installed at the nearby shop.
* hanggang 15days lang po pwede i-stock sa garahe yong binayaran nyong item. otherwise, P500/week storage fee will be imposed.
* Hindi ko po alam kung interchangeable o kung pwede sa ibang engine variant, paki-verify na lang po sa trusted nyong mechanic kung swak itong mga parts na ito. Hindi ko rin po kabisado yong part number nong mga parts na ito.

Cruising at Marcos Highway going to Masinag/Antipolo, pag medyo malapit na kayo sa Robinson's Metro East, may mapapansin kayong Mitsubishi Motors sa right side (o sa KANAN nyo), after po no'n, pasok kayo papuntang Sta. Lucia mall. Derecho lang ng konti, tapos turn left going to Felix Ave. Pagdating sa Felix Ave., liko lang sa kanan at pwesto lang po sa kaliwa. After a couple of meters, mapapansin nyo na yong main gate ng Cainta Greenpark sa kaliwa (just beside the MINISTOP grocery store), enter the main gate and just go straight. At the dead end (Kalachuchi St.), turn left and just after a few meters, turn right at Orchids St. The first street on your left is Verbena St., take that street and you'll see a black gate on your right AFTER the curve... that's my place. The black gate is infront of a small sari-sari store.
