• Daily - P500.00 = for 1 head  transient  in  a  solo room.
• Daily - P300.00 each head  = for  2  head  transient  in  a  double decker bed in  one  room.
• Daily - P250.00 each head = for  4  heads  (quadruplet)  sharing   in  a  one  room.
• Bedspace Monthly -P3,000.00 will give discount for those who will stay for a month (rate applicable  in the  Rooms  at  Ground Floor).
• Bedspace Monthly -P2830.00 will give discount for those who will stay for a month (rate applicable  in the  Rooms  at  Second Floor).
• Room  Monthly  for  1  head  in   a  solo  room  is  P6,000.00

Price includes room accomodation;beddings,1 unit cellfone charging,and  lights only.

* Additional Charges:

1. Extra electrical equipment will be charged accordingly. (in case of an additional electrical  equipment)
   
2. Additional  P11.00 per  day  on  water  consumption.
3. Use of laptop is Php 350 per month for an average use of only 2-3 hours a day.

• Additional  COST  of  P11.00 per  day  of  water  consumption.
  
• ADDITIONAL  fee  will  be  charged  on  visitor  on  a  per  day  rate  depending on  room daily  transient rate.
  
• No payment, no reservation. Payment can be done, via bank or gcash.
• No payment no entry policy! 
• Key Deposit  of  P100.00.  Lost  key  will  be  charged P100.00.
  
•  No refund policy applies! All payments  are  consumable.
