Admin and Marketing Secretary

Ideally, the successful candidate will be:
- Aged between 18 to 30
- Female/Single
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to travel alone
- Pleasant and presentable appearance
- Confident and considerate character
- Competent using a computer for email, the Internet and Microsoft Word.
- Newly graduate are welcome to apply 
- Willing to be trained in new skills and attend seminars
- Preferably have interest in Real Estate career growth
- Marketing student/graduate is a plus
- Any sales experience is a plus
- Goal-oriented
- Fast learner

Candidate's Tasks:
- Will be trained how to handle clients thru email/text/phone/personal.
- Undergo continues sales and marketing training regarding real estate 
- Following up existing clients 
- Replying to inquiries thru text/email/call (a script will be provided)
- Creating and updating online post on real-estate projects
- Assist clients for acquiring required documents

- willing to be Assigned to projects with in Metro Manila- Assist client for emergency site tripping for real estate projects
