Looking for iOS Junior Developer-Singapore Company Mobile Game developer

We are a small and talented team with offices in San Francisco and Singapore which aims aims to make mobile games that are not just fun for kids, but useful for parents.. We have awesome investors and we believe in the gospels of behavioral data and user testing.

A Singapore company is looking for an iOS developer as a Project and Manila Home Based, remote work arrangement position.

Either Freelance or Fulltime

Experience Desired: At least 3 years

Requirements and Responsibilities but not limited and a must:

1. Assignments may include such responsibilities as requirements definition, coding, testing, etc wide exposure to all areas of SDLC spectrum, etc. Production/implementation support is also an integral part of the role so strong customer interfacing skills are required.

• Enjoys building apps with dynamic interactive user experiences or has proficiency with Objective Cocos2D engine
• Has designed, published or shipped a game (on any platform) to market
• Thorough understanding of the intricacies of core animation across different iOS devices
• Understanding of fast-paced software development cycles in Internet or mobile product companies
• At least 3 years of experience in software programming
• (BONUS): An interest in children's education, media or gaming products
• Passion or interest in children's media (e.g. Dora the Explorer) or smartphone-based media
• Industry or freelancing experience of 2-3 years, preferably with Flash or other software with focus in animation.
•  Work with the product development group to translate business requirements into technical design.
• Work with the project management group to develop new functionality required by customers.

Position Responsibilities                     

Developer will work in a collaborative project team environment which creates mobile games for kids. Resource will be part of a team which is comprised of both technical and business resources. Assignments may include such responsibilities as requirements definition, coding, testing, etc wide exposure to all areas of SDLC spectrum, etc. Production/implementation support is also an integral part of the role so strong customer interfacing skills are required.

Responsibilities include:

• Work on the Ambit My Money software development team designing, developing, and testing the software.

• Work with the product development group to translate business requirements into technical design.

• Work with the project management group to develop new functionality required by customers.

• Assist with production support by providing bug fixes for issues reported by customers.

• Provide input to other groups on the deployment and testing of the software.

Basic Qualifications Qualifications but not a must:

• 3+ Years experience in full lifecycle software development

• 2+ Years development experience with iOS in both iPhone and iPAD devices

• Experience in creating UI components for iOS

• Experience with Objective C, Java, HTML, XML, XSL

• Experience with integration via Webservices and/or other SOA infrastructure

• Relational database experience

• Experience with Tomcat, Websphere, or Weblogic is desirable

• Experience with Eclipse, Subversion and or similar development tools

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field is desirable
