Rates are :

1. Daily - for 1 head  transient  in  a  solo room   @ P500.00.*none aircon.
2. Daily - for  2  head  transient  in  a  double decker bed   @  P300.00  each head.*none aircon.
3. Daily - for  6  heads  (double decker) sharing   in  a  one  room   @  P230.00 each head.*none aircon.
4. Daily - for 12 heads (double decker) sharing in a one big room  @ P300.00 each  head.* Aircon.
5. Monthly - will give discount for those who will stay for a month equivalent   to  P2,000.00 per head  for  one month transient  or  bedspace per head. *none aircon.
6. Monthly - will give discount for those who will stay for a month equivalent  to  P2,500.00 per  head for one month transient or bedspace per head. *Aircon 
   
7. Room  Monthly  -  for  1  head  in   a  solo  room  is  P4,500.00. *none aircon.

Price includes: room accomodation,beddings, 1 unit cellfone charging, water and lights only.

Terms &Conditions:

• We strictly implement  No Valid ID -No Entry. Pls. Bring upon check In  one valid government ID i.e. ( any of the ff:  postal ID, SSS Id, Passport, School ID  or Birth certificate  or your   Brgy.Clearance or NBI or Police Clearance) 
  
• There is  a  security  deposit  of  P100.00 for  the  key.  LOSS  key will  be  charged  P250.00. Security deposit of P100.00 for  the  key  will be refunded  upon  check out.
  
• No Ironing of Clothes otherwise Charges may apply for Clothes Ironing.
• Laundry of Clothes is prohibited  and  charges may apply if  do  so.
  
• Extra electrical equipment will be charged accordingly i.e. extra electricfan / rice cooker / hot pot etc... 
  
• No curfew for adults, bago, malinis, decent, safe, furnished with ready beddings.
•  All personal belongings will be subject to inspection.  Bringing in of valuable items such as expensive cell fone,  laptops, jewelries, and alike are highly discourage. LOSES, damages or  any untoward incident on personal items will not be the liability of the owner/management.
• None payment of reservation.  No Entry Policy.  
  
• Payment can be done, via  MLhuillier MLKwartaPadala or  can  be  made  via  bank  deposit  to  any   BANK  OF  PHIL. ISLAND.  Kindly  call us the details  of  our  BPI  Bank acct.
• Atleast 50% downpayment is required as reservation  and  full payment  upon  check  in.
• Use of laptop is Php 350 per month for an average use of only 2-3 hours a day.
• ABSOLUTELY NO COOKING IS ALLOWED, but there are several cheap canteen, resto, stores, and other food outlets around our  area.
