Your GEVEY Ultra S Multi-Network turbo SIM must be kept inside of your iPhone 4S in order to maintain your unlock. By buying our GEVEY Ultra S Multi-Network on eBay, you agree that your GSM iPhone 4S operates on iOS 5.0, 5.0.1, or 5.1 with modem firmware 1.0.11, 1.0.12, 1.0.13, 1.0.14, or 2.0.10 or that your CDMA iPhone 4S operates on iOS 5.0 or 5.0.1 with modem firmware 1.0.11, 1.0.12, 1.0.13, or 1.0.14. We are not responsible for jailbreaking or jailbroken iPhone 4S but will be happy to offer assistance where we can.
