June 1984, TENDONS BUILDER a single proprietor, engaged in small civil and electromechanical works. Most of its clients are residential buildings, food manufacturing, and plastic & textile industries. With principles serving with a deep sense of commitment, rendering quality service towards customer satisfaction by providing the clients with aesthetically design and by constructing strong cost-efficient & finely finished structures made the business sustained.

July 1996, The company established a strong trust and confidence of its clients who, in turn, pay it forward by spreading the goodwill around and at the same time the demand for various fabricated steel products & civil works were so much insisted. So this was when the decision to broaden the horizon in construction industry made. Provided by one team stroking for the common good and advancement, TENDONS BUILDER CORPORATION was born.

Furthermore, a fabrication plant at No.132 Tagalag, Valenzuela City and machine shop in No. 9 Tagalag, Valenzuela City is continuously in active operation to meet every requirement that the client may impose.
