Are you asking about the warranty service or an instance wherein the unit is out of the warranty service period?

Anyway, as long as it is still under warranty, the laptop will be serviced under such a circumstance. There are several companies to choose from. Depending on your overall feeling towards the company or based on your location.

There are most certainly second hand units of this particular unit already available. I'm guessing Ebay would be a place to check for second hand units. Good luck to you on your hunt for a second hand M18x!

Our Record is Finally In!!!

 

For and in behalf of sir Joey D. (QuadroJD1234), who currently can't access the Sulit.com.ph webpage due to a restriction on the ship that he is in, we would like to aknowledge his $1,000.00 down payment for his order. This amount was graciously offered by him and for this we are very grateful. 

This order is for his Alienware M18xR2 (Ivy Bridge i7-3720QM/ AMD Radeon™ 7970M CrossFire™) which I've nicknamed "The Beast".

The order was initially supposed to have been placed while their ship was docked at Morocco, but sadly the down payment couldn't be sent. Thus, I guess this now makes it officially ordered from India. Where the final of several carts was made.

I'm very honored to have played a part in the configuration process. And if your thinking I did a lot of upgrading, well, it's quite the opposite. I actually suggested that some components be down graded to be able to get what we perceive as the best price performance ratio.

good luck pag nasira yan iisa lang affiliated ng dell d2 sa pinas at yun ang accent micro it will take around months bago nila ma service yan at bago ma service yan since bibilhin xa sa states kelangan nyo xa itawag sa hotline ng alienware bago nyo paservice sa accent micro. been their na the only difference i was the one who processed the repair since i was a dell employee. matagal lang talaga ang parts take note hardware warranty is good for 1 year you can extend it for 5 years. i bet maganda naman ata ung after sales ni sir
