Kowloon House Jr now franchising Philippines

Towards an innovative and market driven action, we would like to introduce to you a food cart business known as Kowloon House Jr.

Kowloon House Jr. will have a very simplified operation, as it will sell only 4 pieces of siomai per order at a very reasonable price of Twenty-five Pesos (P 25.00). We are also selling the regular siopao individually instead of the standard two pieces per order at Twenty-eight Pesos (P 28.00) per order for pork siopao and Thirty-eight Pesos (P38.00) per order for Jumbo siopao. Gulaman drinks will also be available at an additional cost.

All it takes is an initial franchise fee of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 200, 000.00). See franchise details.

Kowloon House Jr. is being introduced initially to existing franchise holders.

Thereafter, we shall open the franchising to the public. A franchise is only allowed to operate within a 2 kilometers radius of an existing franchise.

FRANCHISE DETAILS:

1. Franchise fee is P 200, 000.00 non refundable which includes the following:

1. Basic designed booth;
2. Refrigerator;
3. Siomai steamer;
4. Siopao steamer;
5. Beverage dispenser;
6. Advertising signs and signage;
7. Two sets of uniforms;
8. Free delivery daily, cash on delivery (C.O.D);
9. Other requirements that may arise concerning the booth design will be charged to the franchisee at cost;
10. P 7, 500.00 worth of Dimsum product.

1. Franchise period covers three (3) years upon signing of the franchise agreement

1. Extension fee is twenty thousand pesos (25, 000.00) / year

1. Extension of the franchise after three (3) years must be with consent of both parties – the franchisor and the franchisee.

1. Franchise location shall be provided for by the franchisee-must submit to the franchisor the proposed location for evaluation and approval.

1. Training period for three days on how to conduct food preparation, conduct selling, sales reporting, inventory control.

• Sketch map
• Monthly rental
• Pictures of the location
• Area of the proposed location

1. When the above requirements are submitted, the proposed location will be schedule for an ocular inspection. You will be informed about the results.

1. Upon approval, secure the necessary permits.

1. Settle the franchise payment together with signing of Franchise agreement.
