Q. What if I change my mind, or sell the equipment on my own?
A. No problem. Just e-mail us at vbvtraderlisting@gmail.com so we can remove your listing. You owe us nothing.
Q. What if I want to lower the asking price?
A. Just e-mail us at vbvtraderlisting@gmail.com and we will adjust the price on the listing.
Q. What if I want to raise the asking price?
A. Your listing is an offer to sell at the stated price. You can raise your price at any time by notifying us in advance and we will gladly raise the price on the listing. Listing at a lower price than you intend to sell for may result in your being barred permanently from listing your equipment with us.
Q. How does VBV TRADER™ get paid?
A. When we list the equipment, we add our commission to your net asking price. When the equipment sells the purchaser pays us, and we in in turn pay you.
Q. How do I get paid?
A. Usually we will collect payment and clear the money, then pay you prior to shipment.
Q. What happens when a customer responds to my listing?
A. It varies. Usually we will negotiate with the customer on your behalf. Other times we will send the customer to you directly, with the understanding that you preserve our commission.
Q. What if the customer wants to see the equipment?
A. We will contact you for an appointment.
Q. How long will my listing run?
A. Indefinitely. In an effort to keep our brokerage listings current, we ask that you contact us if the equipment is no longer available. We may also contact you. from time to time, to check on the status of the equipment.

VBV TRADER™ keeps records of all transactions as required by good bookkeeping and general business practice. We respect your privacy, and will not distribute any personally identifiable information to others without your express written consent, unless required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.
You will not receive any unsolicited mailings, telephone calls, e-mails, or faxes from us unless they are directly related to our business in progress, or unless they are part of general advertising.

The Seller certifies that he has the right to sell the equipment and that no leans or encumbrances exist the time of sale and that full ownership of the dredge is transferred upon receipt of full payment.
