Promo Mechanics

1. Promo period is from June 1 to July 31, 2012 (“Promo Period”).  Redemption shall be from June 11 to November 20, 2011. (“Redemption Period”).  

1. Personal Loan Applications submitted to Us within the Promo Period that are approved and booked no later than September 20, 2012, may qualify for the Promo:

1. 3.     The  Qualified Personal Loan borrower (“Qualified Borrower”), upon approval of his application, may choose between any of the following offers depending on the approved personal loan amount and tenor:

1. To avail of either the Deferred Payment or the Free Gift Offer, the Qualified Borrower must inform EastWest Bank personnel of his chosen offer when the latter calls him upon approval of his Personal Loan Application.

1. With respect to the Free Gift Offer,  the Qualified Borrower:

a. Shall be entitled to choose and receive only one (1) of the free items to which he is entitled to based on his approved loan amount, and a Claim Letter shall be sent to the Qualified Borrower, which must be personally surrendered by the Qualified Borrower to EastWest Bank’s partner merchant (“Supplier”) at any of the latter’s participating branches (“Redemption Center”) at time of redemption together with a Valid ID of the Qualified Borrower. In case the Redemption Centers are not accessible to the Qualified Borrower, the Qualified Borrower may opt to have the Free Gift (with the exception of the Timex Sports Watch) delivered to his preferred address subject to a delivery fee to be borne by the Qualified Borrower.  In the event that the Supplier runs out of stocks of any of the items above, a similar item of the same value shall be given to the Qualified Borrower.

b. Shall be responsible for his/her Claim Letter.  Claim Letters declared as lost shall not be replaced.  No Claim Letter, no claim.

c. Should be in good credit standing at the time that the Claim Letter is generated.  Good credit standing means that the Qualified Borrower’s EastWest Bank Personal Loan Account must be current and not past due.

d. Shall pay for the value of the redeemed Free Gift, pro-rated from the time the Qualified Borrower cancels his EastWest Bank Personal Loan and the date of approval of the same deducted from the term of his EastWest Bank Personal Loan.

1. The offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used/availed in conjunction with other promotions and offers.

2. DTI - for Sole Prop, SEC for Partnership/Corporation
3. Latest BIR Form 1701 (all pages)
4. Audited Financial Statements 
5. Latest Credit Card billing
