Our company is offering real estate mortgage loans (sangla) to qualified borrowers with properties in Laguna.  Mortgage financing is commonly used for business start-up, business expansion, personal needs or purchase of another property.

 We accept the following as collateral:

• Residential lot
• Residential house and lot
• Commercial lot
• Commercial lot with improvement

The details of the loan are as follows:

• Loanable amount:  Based on the appraised value of the property
• Processing and valuation charge: 5% of the loan amount; deducted from loan proceeds
• Interest: 1.25% per month (add on) plus cost of insurance and mortgage registration; NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE and NO ADVANCE INTEREST
• Term: 12 months to 36 months (renewability subject to several conditions)
