Responsibilities:
The Role: Credit & Collections Expert
As a Credit & Collections Expert, you will help America’s biggest companies provide superb customer service. You will most likely work with big banks but you might also be hired and work for one of America’s biggest department stores.
You don’t actually need to sound like a DJ and be a math genius at the same time to fit this job. Generally, customers will call you from abroad asking for assistance with topics ranging from questions about their banking accounts, credit card bills or the online payments they have made.
Requirements:
You fit the role if you:
- Completed at least 2 years in College.
- Willing to have a shifting schedule.
- At least 18 years old, Filipino citizen, or hold relevant residence status.
- Applicants must be willing to work in NUVALI.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good to have skills:
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Good listening skills.
