Description

As a QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing the completeness and accuracy of the appraisal documents pertaining to the loan package. You will be responsible for managing your pipeline through timely follow-up. The QA Analyst will primarily be working with the QA Department analysts, managers, and vendors. You will be required to successfully pass certification testing after sufficient training and parallel processing.
Qualifications

College Degree
Previous pipeline management experience preferred
Basic knowledge of US mortgage documents
Ability to produce high quality work and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced, high volume production environment successfully
Detail oriented. Ability to review documents for completeness and accuracy
Ability to make decisions and adhere to company guidelines to minimize risk
Problem solving skills
Strong customer service
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Willing to work on night shift
