Requirements:

Requirements for renting the above equipment are as follows:
1.  One 2x2 or passport sized picture
2.  Passport (Valid within 6 months before renewal - to bedeposited
NO PASSPORT, NO RENT!
3.  Employee ID/School ID/Or any valid ID (and photocopy)
4.  Landline telephone (required)
5.  Proof of billing (Address must be matched with the ID presented)
6.  Rentee agrees to sign the "Rental Agreement".
7.  Rentee agrees to fill up and sign the Customer Information form.

After you've emailed me your contact details, please text me stating that you want to rent and you've mailed already your contact details. Then I shall try to confirm your reservation as soon as possible!

Default delivery is Robinson galeria, SM Taytay, BigR Junction and Sta. Lucia Imelda Ave. Other site deliveries may be arranged depending on availability.
