URGENT HIRING FOR HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of BS Psychology, or any-related course. MBA an advantage.
- With at least five (5) years solid work experience in same capacity.
- Thorough knowledge in all areas of Human Resources, including Organizational Development and labor laws.
- Possesses above average decision-making skills, excellent communication skills, and excels in Human Relations.
- Computer literate.
- Male or female, not more than 40 years old.
BMI requirement: Normal BMI but negotiable
Compensation Package:
Hiring: P80-100k (open, depending on qualification).
Transportation Allowance: 4k
Cellphone Allowance: 2.5k
