We offer 50 slots (100 square meter each) growing area in Ligaya - Santiago Concepcion, Tarlac. The farm is fully shaded with mango trees. Total area is almost 8.5 hectare. This option is for interested parties/individual that doesn't have a growing area but is capable to invest up to P155,000.00 as down payment for 20,000 fruiting bags of oyster mushrooms. Balance and other costs are gradually deducted upon harvesting time. We will manage  the fruiting bags, harvest the mushrooms and buy all harvests at farm gate price. We will put all details in the contract as your investment protection.
