Warranty Policy
1.Burned, Fried, Hardware-Modded items voids warranty
2.Items without original Invoice will not be eligible for replacement.

5.Any product found to be defective within 7-days of purchase, will be an OUTRIGHT REPLACEMENT, PROVIDED;

6.Products such as Motherboard, Processor, Memory, Videocard, and Hard drives will be eligible for 30 days outright replacement. After the said period will be manufacturer&#65533;s replacement.


Return and Exchange Policy
1.Exchange is eligible only with the same item. In any case the exchanged item is not available, you can opt to exchange to a different item.
2.Returns and product exchange must be accompanied with the original receipt. Returns and exchanges will be entertained only on the original store of purchase
3.No cash refund.


4.All products, be it defective or non-defective, must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer and a copy of the original invoice. Returned orders with these items missing will be refused.
5.Refunds are not available on systems, opened software packages, internal peripheral products (such as RAM, video cards, etc.) or consumable products (such as printer toner cartridges).
