Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer. For Metro Manila, shipping fee will be at a minimum of P50 for the first 0.5 kg. For Provincial, P90 for the first 1.0 kg parcel. You may view their rates at their website.

Most orders, unless otherwise specified, are shipped within the day if payment is sent before the 2Pm cutoff. Make sure to contact us once payment is sent to arrange pickup on time. Most orders will be delivered the next day of being picked up from us for Metro Manila addresses; for provincial, it is within 2-3 days,.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves us so you can follow the shipment until it reaches you. Please allow 24 hours before tracking the shipment as it often takes the carriers some time to enter it into their system.

All sales are guaranteed to be of good shape and marketability and is final. We will send you pictures of your parcels prior to delivery for your reference. Additional insurance fees are encouraged if items ordered are prone to breakage and/or deformation to avoid loss.
