Job Requirements:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via the live chat program.
- Maintain up to date, comprehensive, product, services, and product knowledge.
- Profiling and probing end-user customer for possible sales opportunities.
- Required to maintain minimum level of performance in these areas: Typing 45 wpm with 90% accuracy.

Catering Canada-based clients. So we need someone good in English and net savvy.
