or you can give me money to process the individual tittle that will be deducted in the total payment that you will pay me.. and wait for the individual tittle and less nalang natin dun sa total payment nyo.. NO worries all papers will be in legal because the one who owned the lot is a attorney so we won't have any problem with any legal issues.. all papers will be presented when final meeting is conducted.

reason for selling : may lote pa ko sa tabi ng bahay. gusto ng parents ko na maliit lang na bahay kasi 3 lang kami. and yung matitira ipang nenegosyo namin.
