The Role: Telecom Assistance Agent
Studies say there were roughly more than 5 billion cellphone users last year. That means good business for telecommunication companies because it means more people subscribing to their services. However, that also means billions of customers asking for help about their plans or instruction on how to use the latest smart phone they are using.
This is where you come in! As a Telecom Assistance Agent,you help the biggest telecom companies from America, Australia and UK keep their customers happy. They will call you from abroad asking guidance on their accounts, bills or even on how to setup up their cell phones.
Requirements:
You fit the role if you:
- Completed at least 2 years in College.
- Willing to have a shifting schedule.
- At least 18 years old, Filipino citizen, or hold relevant residence status.
- Applicants must be willing to work in NUVALI.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good to have skills:
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Good listening skills.
