COURSE 1: Basic Cake Decorating (Using Icing Tips) - P 4500 (2 days) (8am-3 pm)
*Learn how to decorate a cake using various icing tips (star, ruffle, string work). Learn how to make various icings (marshmallow, royal icing and italian buttercream) and transform them into delicate designs for your cake. Learn how to pipe drop flowers, roses, lilies, daisies. At the end of the course, you will bake a cake and decorate using your creative imagination.
COURSE 2: Basic Fondant and Gumpaste Flower Making - P 5000 (2 days) (8 am - 3pm)
*Learn how to cover your cake with fondant icing, layering it in a tier. Learn how to make gumpaste flowers such as daisies, roses, orchids, baby's breath, filler flowers, stephanotis, tiger lily, peony rose. At the end of the workshop you will cover your cake and decorate them with gumpaste flowers.
Note: Recipes, materials, lunch and snacks are included.
