when ordering state the following:

1. details of order (qty, type)

2. details recipient (complete name, complete del address, contact numbers, email add)

Processing of order

layout will be emailed to you and it is prior for your approval. You may email/text me for any revisions or if the layout is approved and for printing. However before we print the item we shall require the customer to settle at least 50% DP for the item/s ordered.

(we only allow 4 revisions, mistakes made by Theresemer Enterprises will not be counted)

Turn-around:

for small orders: 2days & 1-2 days delivery (thru LBC) or 2-3 days delivery (thru Air21)

for bulk orders: 4-5days & 1-2 days delivery (thru LBC) or 2-3 days delivery (thru Air21)

Payments & Delivery

1. Upon placement of order we shall require at least 50% of the total amount (including del charge. depends on location). NO DOWN PAYMENT NO PROCESSING OF ORDER.

Take note:
Lead time is 2weeks. the counting will start from the day you settle your down payment.

2. Payment can be made thru Bank Deposit (BDO), Money transfer (Western Union/LBC/Xoom)
if confirmed we shall give you the bank details.

Take note:
No other mode of payment will be entertained.

3. The remaining balance is payable upon completion but before shipping out. (so we shall notify customer if the item/s is ready for delivery). The customer need to deposit first the balance before we shall proceed on sending the item.

4. Tracking number will be sent thru email/sms. Item will be delivered thru: (LBC/Air21) or (Fedex/LBC) for international
and you may track the status of the item thru their website or thru phone (customer service).

IF YOUR NOT CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO ORDER THRU ONLINE THEN BETTER NOT WASTE OTHER'S TIME. Were an online shop. We dont have front store where you can visit and view the items. Order is thru online (email/ads/text/call), Payment thru bank deposit, del is thru courier. Rest assured that the item your ordering is processed and will be delivered. You may visit our site, we have sections where you can view tracking numbers and finished products of the items ordered by our previous customers.
