TERMS OF PAYMENT

• If cash sale: 10% percent discount on total bid price
• If installment sale:

MINIMUM DOWN PAYMENT: 20% OF THE BID PRICE

Balance of the bid price shall be payable for a maximum period of ten (10) years at the following interest rates:

            Balance of the bid price paid within 12 months: no interest

REQUIREMENTS:

A. INDIVIDUAL BUYER:

• Any of the following is considered a valid ID:

Current Driver’s License

Current Passport (all pages)

Company ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID

(All of the above ID’s must bear the signature of the bidder.)

• Photocopy of Marriage Contract, if married
• Tax Identification Number, including spouse if married

B.  CORPORATE BUYERS:

• SEC Registration
• Articles of Incorporation
• By-Laws
• Audited Financial Statement for the last two years (stamped/received by BIR)
• Board Resolution and Secretary’s Certificate authorizing the purchase and authorized signatories of the transaction
• Business Permit
